Account and request information

We store your email address for sign-in, paid-access recovery and essential notices. When you submit a webpage request, we also store the target URL, the interaction instructions you provide and the resulting archive. Result files are kept for at most 7 days after delivery.

Data that stays on your device

The following never leave your browser: free-usage counts, the login session, download settlement state, and language/theme preferences. Web page ZIP archives you save are also stored only on your device. Clearing the extension's data or uninstalling it deletes all of this.

Information we never collect

We do not collect your browsing history, target-site passwords, cookies or payment card details. We use no analytics trackers or advertising identifiers. Do not include sensitive information in request instructions.

Third-party services

Payments use the currently configured Airwallex or Stripe hosted checkout, so card details do not pass through our server. Sign-in and request emails are delivered through Zeabur Email. Beyond these providers, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information.

Data security

All traffic to the billing server is encrypted over HTTPS. Session tokens and verification codes are stored only as digests.

Data retention and deletion

Account, entitlement and order records are kept while the service operates, so your paid access can be provided and restored. To delete your account or for any privacy questions, contact: business@clawer.io

Updates are published on this page; material changes are announced by email to registered users.
