Account and request information

We store your email address for sign-in, paid-access recovery and essential notices. When you submit a webpage request, we also store the target URL, the interaction instructions you provide and the resulting archive. New delivered versions and email download links have no automatic expiry. Personal versions are accessible to their owner and necessary operators; published library examples can be used by other users.

Data that stays on your device

The following never leave your browser: free-usage counts, the login session, download settlement state, and language/theme preferences. Web page ZIP archives you save are also stored only on your device. Clearing the extension's data or uninstalling it deletes all of this.

Product usage data

We store necessary channel, key-button, Claw start and delivery, and plan purchase events in our database to improve the experience and understand operations. Microsoft Clarity also records page interactions, heatmaps and session replays according to its Consent Mode and the visitor’s region; form input is forcibly masked. In regions that require a valid consent signal, Clarity operates without cookies or with limited functionality when no signal is available. Events are linked with an account ID or random device identifier. We do not collect target-site passwords or payment card details, and we do not use advertising identifiers. Do not include sensitive information in request instructions.

Third-party services

Behavior analytics uses Microsoft Clarity in cookie or cookieless mode according to its Consent Mode and the visitor’s region. Payments use the currently configured Airwallex or Stripe hosted checkout, so card details do not pass through our server. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Data security

All traffic to the billing server is encrypted over HTTPS. Session tokens and verification codes are stored only as digests.

Data retention and deletion

Account, entitlement and order records are kept while the service operates, so your paid access can be provided and restored. To delete your account or for any privacy questions, contact: business@clawer.io

Changes to this policy

Updates are published on this page; material changes are announced by email to registered users.
